Licensing Changes

Starting with eDive version 9, activating your software is faster and simpler than ever. There’s no longer a need to wait for a license file or manually save anything to your computer. As soon as you complete your online renewal, your license key is emailed to you immediately. Just copy and paste the key into eDive, and you’re fully activated—no delays, no extra steps.

Renewals are completed in seconds, and new license purchases are processed quickly as well. Each new order is briefly reviewed to ensure the correct license was selected, helping prevent issues before they arise. In most cases, your license key is delivered within hours—often much sooner—depending on current order volume.

Renewing your license is now super simple. In eDive version 9, go to File > Manage License to open the license management screen. Select the license you want to renew and click Renew. You’ll be taken directly to the purchase page with your license pre-selected. Simply confirm the details and click Continue to complete your purchase.

Managing multiple licenses is now fully built into eDive. From the same license management screen, you can view and switch between licenses without dealing with separate files. Just go to File > Manage License, select the license you want to use, and click Done. You can switch licenses at any time with just a few clicks.

Existing Customers

If you're an existing customer with an active license, then you should have received an email with a copy of your license key. After you upgrade eDive to version 9 the program will open in DEMO mode. Simply select from the menus; File > Manage License, paste in your license key and click the Add License button. This will retrieve your license information from our licensing server and add it to eDive.

If you did not receive your license key email, you can request it again by selecting LICENSE INFO > EMAIL LICENSE KEY from the menu above. You will be taken to a confirmation page where the license key can be emailed to the contact person we have on file for your license.

If you have an urgent need to use your renewed license but cannot upgrade at this time, then please contact us and we will email you the older format license file to use until you can get eDive upgraded on your system.

New Customers

If you're a new customer and just purchased an eDive license, then you will have already received a receipt for your purchase. Each new order is briefly reviewed to ensure you’ve selected the right license for your needs, helping prevent issues before they start. In most cases, your license key will be delivered within a few hours—often much sooner—depending on current order volume. If you have an urgent need for that license key then please contact us so we can expedite your order.
